VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Organisation of Caribbean Utility Regulators (OOCUR) is
seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual to become its
Executive Director.
Qualifications and Experience
-
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering Law,
Management, Business or a related field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in economic regulation, the
utility sector or in a multinational members organization
- At least seven (7) years’ experience at a senior management level.
- Demonstrated experience in driving strategic initiatives in a complex,
multiple stakeholder environment and strong experience in institutional
capacity building and forging consensus.
- Contextual knowledge of the utility regulation and the utility sector.
- Any equivalent combination of qualifications, skills and experience will
be considered.
