CONSULTATION NOTICE

Review of the Fuel Clause Adjustment

The Fair Trading Commission is seeking the public’s views on the method of application of the Fuel Clause Adjustment (FCA) administered by the Barbados Light & Power Co. Ltd.

The Commission hired independent consultants to review the FCA methodology and is issuing this consultation paper to share the findings and obtain feedback from all interested parties.

The consultation period will run from Monday, October 08, 2012 until Friday, November 16, 2012 which is the deadline for the submission of responses.
