FAIR TRADING COMMISSION EXTENSION OF PRICE CAP PLAN 2016
   
The Fair Trading Commission has initiated a review of the Price Cap Plan (PCP) 2016. The PCP governs the adjustment of rates for regulated domestic and international telecommunications services. It is expected that the review process will extend beyond December 31, 2019, which is the scheduled end date of the PCP 2016.
 
The Commission proposes to extend the existing PCP 2016 until the new mechanism is implemented. Should any member of the public or interested stakeholder object to this proposed extension, they are invited to submit their comments no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2019, to:
