STANDARDS OF SERVICE FOR BARBADOS LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY LIMITED (BLPC)
 
The Utilities Regulation Act (as amended by the Utilities Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2020) (the “URA”) authorises the Fair Trading Commission (the “Commission”) to, among other things, set the Standards of Service supplied by regulated utilities.
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 15 of the URA, on December 21, 2022, the Commission issued the Standards of Service Decision applicable to BLPC for the period January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.
