PRICE CAP PLAN 2016 COMPLIANCE RULES AND PROCEDURES

Further to the Fair Trading Commission’s Decision on the Price Cap Plan 2016 (PCP 2016), the Commission has issued the Price Cap Compliance Rules and Procedures 2016.

These Compliance Rules and Procedures address the implementation and operation of the PCP 2016, which applies to all customers of Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited (C&W).

The PCP 2016, which came into effect on April 1, will govern the adjustment of rates of the regulated telecommunications services of C&W over the next three years.
